So I made it through a successful WW week. I ate all of points & my Weekly allowance points. I worked out on the Wii Fit for two days in a row, earning a few activity points (which I also ate.) According to my home scale, I’ve lost 3 pounds this week. It was more, but I had a couple of drinks on Saturday night and have been up a pound ever since. But I’ll take it! Three pounds is a big loss for one week.
Oh and if you haven’t heard: Pittsburgh’s going to the Super Bowl!
